Marketing For Good Social Marketing Awards 2010

Entry Information

1. Awards are open to entries from companies, agents, agencies and not for profit organisations, as detailed in each relevant corresponding category you are entering.

2. Entries will be accepted from projects and/or campaigns that began in the period from 1st January 2007 - 30th October 2009 inclusive. This can include campaigns that are still in operation and ongoing up to the point of entry. However please note campaign results must have been evaluated by some means and therefore able to be judged.

3. Entrants may be entered into more than one category as appropriate. A fee for each entry must be paid.

4. Important Dates

a. Entries Accepted from 18th May 2009
b. Deadline 5pm Friday January 29th 2010
c. Finalist announcement 10th February 2010
d. Winners announcement 28th April 2010

5. Entry Fees

a. £175 per category entry
b. Each additional entry will be charged at £125

6. Payment should accompany all entries at the time of dispatch and can be made by post or online. Should you wish to submit online or via email you can pay using the online form or over the telephone using a credit card or by cheque and post. When you cheque or payment has been received you will receive a code authorisation and receipt. Entries without payment in full are not eligible to be judged.

7. Once submitted your entry is confirmed and non-refundable.

8. We reserve the right to recategorise entries if we believe another category better fits the entry criteria. Please note however that we will not re-categorise projects that have been incorrectly entered into the wrong categories by the entrants.

9. Entries in word via email should be submitted with font size no smaller than 12 points. If your entry contains high-resolution images we suggest converting this into a PDF format to reduce the overall file size and not exceeding 4 MB. The total document should not exceed 10 pages in length and may include visuals and or images.

10. Postal entries should be addressed to: Marketing For Good Awards, Ingenious House, 61 Hymers Avenue, Kingston upon Hull, East Riding Of Yorkshire, HU3 1LL. Please ensure that all entries include full payment, by cheque enclosed or clearly marked with the online payment authorisation code provided.

11. Individual category sponsors are not permitted to enter the category that they are sponsoring.

12. Please make sure any links, access and passwords required as part of the judging entries work and are correctly supplied. Any website sites or links provided that cannot be viewed, or accessed will be eliminated from the judging.

13. Physical visuals, DVDs and or supporting materials submitted for consideration and in support of entries will not be returned. In exceptional circumstances however we will consider the return of any rare or hard to replace materials. This will be judged on individual merit in each case. We therefore suggest submitting low value copies and materials.

14. Ingenious Group does not accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to any materials submitted.

15. Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony 28th April 2010 . Places can be booked on our website.

16. Entrants warrant that they are the representative agents or legal owners with relevant authority of any supporting material submitted for the purposes of the awards. In taking part they agree and give their consent to any contents, being published and or promoted in connection with the Awards.

17. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding them.
